PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate vibration caused by attrition by surely suppressing the attrition, even when rotating a reel at a high speed. SOLUTION: A center pin 25 is provided at one of the center upper part or a pressure mechanism 35 of the reel 13, and an abutting flat plate part 39e, on which the center pin 25 is abutted is provided at the other. One of the center pin 25 and the abutting flat plate part 39e mainly consists of polyacetale-based synthetic resin and the other mainly consists of polybutylene based or polyethylene-based synthetic resin.
