PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that there are many portions requiring strict dimensional control, and seal leakage, that is, leakage of a high pressure refrigerant in a low pressure side space between an outer refrigerant suction pipe and a seal piece, is susceptible to occurrence, since the seal piece is press-fitted into a refrigerant suction port of a cylinder and one end of a connection pipe closely in contact with a sealed vessel, and the outer refrigerant suction pipe is sealed and adhered to the other end of the connecting pipe. SOLUTION: The refrigerant suction pipe 15 is formed to the cylinder 5 as a compression element so that the refrigerant suction pipe passes through a guide pipe 18 sealed and fixed to the sealed vessel 1. The tip part of the refrigerant suction pipe is press-fitted and fixed into the refrigerant suction port 13 communicating with a compression chamber 6, and the refrigerant suction pipe is sealed and fixed to a tip part outside of the sealed vessel 1 of the connecting pipe 18 through which the refrigerant suction pipe passes.
