PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cap with light weight and excellent strength. SOLUTION: The wheel cap 10 made of synthetic resin for an automobile has an approximately disc-like body 11; and a mounting part 20 on a back surface of the body 11 for mounting the body to the wheel of the automobile. The body 11 has a central part 12 of the approximately disc-like body; and a circular outer peripheral part 14 on an outer periphery of the central part 12. A plurality of connection parts 13 for connecting the central part 12 and the outer peripheral part 14 are provided and a plurality of opening holes 15 are provided between the connection parts.
