PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable slide adjuster for vehicle of consistent sliding resistance with a simple configuration for reducing the number of parts or the man-hours. SOLUTION: A plurality of rolling elements 12 are disposed on a lower portion between a lower rail 2 and an upper rail 4. A plurality of projecting parts 4j are disposed on an upper portion of the upper rail 4, and the projecting parts 4j are brought into slidable contact with a part of the lower rail 2.
