PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out locking and unlocking of a retainer with excellent operability. SOLUTION: A lock button 39 is retained within a retaining part 40 formed behind a shaft connecting portion of a retainer 10 in a tool holder 9 so as to appear and disappear in the state that the lock button 39 is energized toward the projecting direction by a coil spring 41. At the projecting position of the lock button 39, the rotation of the retainer 10 is locked because a front part 42 is fitted into a recess 44 of the base end of the retainer 10 at the tool holding position. When the lock button 39 is pushed into the retaining part 40 by means of a rear part 43 formed so as to be higher than the front part 42 and lower than the outer surface of the retainer 10 at the projecting position of the lock button 39, the tilting of the retainer 10 becomes possible by unlocking the retainer through separating the front part 42 from the recess 44.
