PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery system of used dishes to which scraps such as grains of cooked rice or chips of sushi do not adhere and by which the scraps can remain fresh for a long time. SOLUTION: Specified parts of conveying pathways of a main conveying system 9 for recovery and an intermediate conveying system 14 for recovery for conveying used dishes are coated with a minus ion generating paint 17 and a minus ion staying layer 18 is formed on the conveying pathways. The minus ion staying layer 18 effectively has contact with scraps such as leftover grains of cooked rice and chips of sushi items in the dishes. In this way, propagation of germs adhering to the scraps can be prevented. Since the gelatinization or putrefaction of the grains of cooked rice or the sushi items is effectively suppressed and they do not firmly adhere to the dishes, cleaning is easy and emission of bad smell can be prevented by antiseptic effect of minus ions.
