PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball put-out device and a pachinko game machine enabling a player to easily discharge reserved balls easily by hand without driving a put-out member. SOLUTION: The ball put-out device 1 comprises a rotor 63, the put-out member for putting out a prescribed number of balls, a body 10 for storing the rotor 63, and a stepping motor 60, a driving means for electrically driving the rotor 63. In the ball put-out device 1, ball outlets 17 and 18 are disposed near the rotor 63, and an open/close member 20 for opening/closing the ball outlets 17 and 18 is mounted. The ball outlets 17 and 18 are opened by manually operating the opening/closing member 20, and the balls reserved inside are discharged through the ball outlets 17 and 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
