PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a levee plastering work with a levee plastering machine attached to a tractor and carry out the lateral gyration of the working part for plastering the non-plastered old levee in a state riding on the tractor. SOLUTION: The levee plastering machine is provided with an attaching frame to be attached to the rear part of the tractor, a main drive transmission part having an input shaft to transmit the power of a PTO shaft of the tractor, a levee building part having a soil-heaping apparatus and a levee building apparatus, and a supporting frame to support the levee building part from the attaching frame side in horizontal state. The attaching frame side and the levee building part are gyrated to the right and left. The gyration of the levee building part is carried out by an electric gyration means, an electric locking means to fix the levee building part to the forwarding work position and a retreating work position is attached to the attaching frame, and the electric gyrating means and the electric locking means are operated by remote-control from the driver's seat of the tractor.
