摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the flashback in the incineration of a radioactive organic waste liquid which makes it possible to safely and completely incinerate particularly various radioactive organic waste liquids and an incineration plant equipped with a super-multistage jet blast mechanism wrapper system. SOLUTION: The radioactive organic waste liquid is always kept even in a waste liquid tank 1 and is efficiently converted into a vaporized gas in a vaporizing chamber 3 intervening between the waste liquid tank 1 and a combustion chamber 5. Supplied air is regulated by a steep air feeding mechanism 20 which makes the vaporized gas a steep jet stream in an air supply tube 4 and feeds it to the combustion chamber 5 and a multistage air supply mechanism 6 consisting of a first-stage air supply means 6a which is located on the side of the vaporizing chamber 3 to feed the vaporized gas in it to the air feeding tube 4 and a second-stage air supply means 6b which is located on the side of the combustion chamber 5 to feed the vaporized gas to it. The incineration treatment for complete combustion is safely carried out by preventing both the reflux of a combustion gas and the flashback. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
