FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention reports about compositions and methods for enhancement of cytocide immune responses directed against preliminary taken cells type in mammals. Methods and compositions are based on the combination of immunoconjugate of type antibody-cytokine and angiogenesis inhibitor. In administration to mammal the immunoconjugate induces the response against preliminary taken cells type, for example, cancer cells that as result of synergetic effect with angiogenesis inhibitor exceeds the immune response induced by a single immunoconjugate.
