HEATER FOR KEEPING WARM OF ELECTRIC RICE POT

PURPOSE: An electric rice pot is provided to improve the warm keeping efficiency and to reduce the production cost by simultaneously controlling a cooking heater and a top heater and optimizing the capacities of two heaters. CONSTITUTION: A main body forms the appearance of an electric rice pot. An inner container is loaded inside the main body and contained a cooked material. A cooking heater(H1) is wound in the lower part of the inner container or the inner wall of the main body to cook or to keep warm the cooked material inside the inner container. A top heater(H2) is installed in a lid of the main body to improve the water forming event of an electric rice pot. A microcomputer(20) outputs on/off control signals of the heaters according to the advanced processes of the electric rice pot. A switching unit(30) is turned on/off according to the control signals and contained a photo triac(P30) to be connected with the heaters in a parallel. Thereby, the warm keeping efficiency is improved and the production cost is reduced.
