摘要 PURPOSE: A PCU(Power Control Unit) simulation device of a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to reduce a period of a development project and a period of a test cost by testing a function of the PCU and a control algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A PCU(Power Control Unit) simulation device of a hybrid electric vehicle includes a simulation board. The simulation board includes a first and a second connector, a first and a second CAN, a plurality of digital input modules, a digital output module, an analog input module, an analog output module, and a power input unit. The first and the second connectors(201,202) are used for connecting the PCU to a simulation board. The first and the second CANs(203,204) are connected to a CAN line in order to perform a CAN communication process. The digital input modules(205,206,207) are used for receiving digital signals from other controllers. The digital output module(208) is used for outputting the digital signal as an active low signal. The analog input module(209) is used for receiving analog signals from the controllers. The analog output module(210) is used for outputting the analog signals to the controllers. The power input unit(211) receives the power to operate the simulation board.
