The tamper evident closure for a container (1) comprises a cap (2) on a spou t (10). The inverted cap (2) can be used as a tool for removing a twist away element (3). Both, the cap (2) and the spout (10) have conic guiding surface s (6, 7), which centre the cap (2) in respect to the spout (10), while it is moved towards and onto the spout (10). The initial opening the tamper eviden t closure is therefore easier.
