MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION SUPPORT METHOD FOR EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT SYSTEM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance and inspection support method for equipment, allowing a third party except a maker to execute maintenance and inspection work for constitution devices of the equipment at a low price without paying maintenance and inspection costs of the respective constitution devices to the maker, and capable of reducing risk that trouble caused by the maintenance and inspection work executed by the third party except the maker occurs in the equipment.

SOLUTION: This maintenance and inspection support method for the equipment has: a technical authorization step wherein the maker 12 on the constitution device 11 side constituting the equipment 10 technically educates work technique of the constitution device 11 to a general worker of a user 13 using the constitution device 11 and technically authorizes the general worker as a work engineer; a confirmation step wherein the maker 12 confirms prescribed work for the constitution device 11 executed by the work engineer; and a guarantee step wherein the maker 12 guarantees contents of the work on the basis of the confirmation step.
