<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection container in which a preventative agent for normalizing the harmful property in a fuel cell is contained. <P>SOLUTION: The protection containers (21, 21') comprise as component preventatives (24, 32, 64, 66, 68, 70) for housing safely an object or a material (26, 36) having a harmful property such as, for example, high temperature or volatility.
