INTERCOMMUNICATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercommunicating system which manages a band according to a port of a centralized wiring unit to which each information terminal is connected when image data and voice data are transmitted via a digital multiple packet by an IP protocol through a LAN or the internet.

SOLUTION: A voice communication request command including the IP addresses (192, 168 and 0.8) of a house information disk 1h showing a transmission caller is transmitted from the disk 1h to a gate keeper unit 4 (1). The keeper unit 4 refers to this IP addresses (192, 168 and 0.8) and port/address information T2 (2) stores a use communication band 300 kbps (use communication band so far:150 kbps+communication available band by a voice communication request command of this time:150 kbps) of the port 3 to which the disk 1h is connected. Since the use communication band 300 kbps is a threshold value 1.5 Mbps or less (3), and a communication authorization is transmitted to the disk 1h (4).
