摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device for a grooved bearing, which manufactures, at high speed and with a high degree of precision, a bearing sleeve having a pressure groove on its inner circumferential face. SOLUTION: The rotatable shaft 1, to which a groove machining tool 1a is attached, is supported by a shank 3, the incline of the shaft is vertically restrained by steel balls 6 holding a flange 3a, and the rotation of the shank 3 is prevented by a link mechanism 8 of 2-freedom. This is used as a tool alignment mechanism. A work fixing jig 9 is connected to a plate 11 through a pressurizing spring and a shaft 10, the plate 11 is horizontally held by hard balls 12, and the rotation of the plate 11 is prevented by a link mechanism 14 of 2-freedom degree. This is used as a work alignment mechanism. A rough alignment to meet the shape of the work is conducted by the work alignment mechanism, the shank 3 is simultaneously drawn into a determined movable range by guide pipes 15, 16, and then a fine alignment is conducted by the tool alignment mechanism. The machining tool 1a is lowered into a work 2 by a slider 18 which can be vertically moved up and down by NC, and the pressure groove is machined by the machining tool. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
