PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a work to transmit a mail attached with a file such as an image or music stored in the incorporated memory of a portable telephone, and to erase the stored file in order to create the space of the incorporated memory. SOLUTION: A desired file from an image file or music file stored in the incorporated memory of a portable telephone or the like is attached to a mail, and the mail attached with the file is transmitted to another information terminal.
