PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact counter unitary embedded faucet with short right and left length, containing a faucet mechanism in a containing space between a counter and a cover arranged below the counter. SOLUTION: A faucet structure 40 including a temperature adjuster 36 and a changeover device 38 changing over water from an outlet and water from a shower is embedded in a housing space formed between a counter and a cover 14 arranged below the counter together with piping and the counter unitary embedded faucet is fixed to the rear side mounting wall. The temperature adjuster 36 and the changeover device 38 are arranged separately to both right and left along the mounting wall. The water side out-of wall cut off faucet 42 and the hot water side out-of wall cut off faucet 44 are housed in the housing space in the position between the temperature adjuster 36 and the changeover device 38.
