PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anionic polymerization initiator dissolved in a solvent comprising an aliphatic hydrocarbon as the principal component. SOLUTION: An anionic polymerization initiator which is a solubilized lithioamine represented by the general formula: (A)Li(SOL)y(wherein y is about 1-3; SOL is a solubilization component; and A is an alkyl, dialkyl, or cycloalkyl-amine group or a cycloamino group represened by the general formylas) is dissolved in a solvent comprising an aliphatic hydrocarbon as the principal component.
