PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composition providing a cured product having excellent flame retardancy. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant silicone rubber composition comprises (a) an organopolysiloxane represented by formula (1): R<SB>a</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a)/2</SB>(1) [R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and (a) is a positive number of 1.90-2.05], (b) a reinforcing silica, (c) a platinum compound, (d) an amine compound represented by formula (2) (R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or an unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; n is an integer of 2-4; and m is 0 or an integer of≥1), and (e) a curing agent. The silicone rubber composition providing the cured product (silicone rubber) having the excellent flame retardancy can be obtained by adding and mixing the platinum compound and the specific amine compound to a silicone rubber composition.
