PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cloth such as a carpet or a chair texture for interior finishing which always generates negative ions of at least 300/cc to create a forest-like comfortable indoor atmosphere without deteriorating touch and without being restricted by hue. SOLUTION: In a packing layer on the back side of the fiber layer of the interior finishing cloth, in consideration of the particle size and content of a natural radioactive rare element mineral and the content of an organic filler, it was found that the cloth always generate the negative ions of at least 300/cc.
