PURPOSE: Provided is a method for electrical wiring nano-sized electronic devices using conductive DNAs, which overcomes the limitations of the existent lithography techniques, and significantly reduces the line width of the electrical wiring, thereby serving to make high integrated terra-bit circuits. CONSTITUTION: An method for electrical wiring nano-sized electronic devices using conductive DNAs is characterized by comprising: nano devices(20) spaced apart from each other with a nano-sized distance; conductive DNAs(10) for electrically interconnecting the nano devices; and electrodes(30) for making the electrical connection of the nano devices with the conductive DNAs.
