<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for welding a mouth member made of a synthetic resin to a bag part made of a flexible film together, especially a method for making a bag whose weld part between the mouth member and the bag part is highly liquidtight, and a medical container manufactured by the method for making a bag. <P>SOLUTION: This bag making method is to integrally weld the preheated mouth member 1 made of a synthetic resin to the bag part 2 made of the flexible film together and comprises a preheating step to soften the synthetic resin of the weld part(the weld part of the mouth member) 12 between the mouth member 1 and the bag part 2 without softening the synthetic resin of the end part(the end part of the mouth member) 11 on the bag side of the mouth member 1 during preheating and a welding step to insert the preheated mouth member 1 into the opening of the bag part and weld the weld part 12 of the mouth member and the opening by pressing them with the help of a sealing mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
