PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic compound processable by using a conventional solvent and having good semiconductor characteristics, a method for producing the compound, the use of the compound as a semiconductor in an electronic part and an electronic part containing the compound as a semiconductor.

SOLUTION: The compound containing a core-shell structure has a core composed of a polyfunctional unit and a shell composed of a linear bonded oligomer chain having flexible non-conjugated chain at the terminal bonded sites. The oligomer of the compound containing the core-shell structure is produced by an organometallic reaction.
