PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate interlocking control of a plurality of hydraulic actuators when operated remotely, while reducing a required memory of an arithmetic-logic unit. SOLUTION: The control device comprises pilot controlled directional control valves 31, 33, 32 34 for controlling hydraulic actuators 5, 8, 9, 10, selecting switches 21, 22, 23, 24 of the hydraulic actuators, a remote controller 20 having a speed lever 26, and an arithmetic-logic unit 50 for storing basic data of displacement of a main spool 35 of each directional control valve as a function expression, as well as storing, on each hydraulic actuator basis, output ratio data obtained in each combined pattern when the plurality of hydraulic actuators are operated interlockingly. The arithmetic-logic unit 50 outputs pilot operating signals to each directional control valve by obtaining a required displacement of the main spool of each directional control valve from the functional expression of the pulling margin amount of the velocity lever, output ratio of each hydraulic actuator, and the basic data, based on the selecting signal from the remote controller 20 and the pulling margin signal of the speed lever.
