A spring element (4) made of an Elastomer (RTM) and attached between two joint elements (2, 3) accommodates a fluid-filled chamber (5) separated from a compensating chamber (7) by a partition (6) but partly connected by a flow control throttle (8). When the spring element (4) is moved some of the fluid (9) present in the working chamber (5) enters the compensating chamber (7) deforming a flexible wall (10) at the bottom. An air chamber (11) adjacent to the flexible wall (10) acts against those forces and creates an absorbing effect.
