A medical computer tomography procedure illuminates an investigation region (13) through an aperture (31) by a beam (41) from a source (S) rotating (14) around the object with image reconstruction using linear and shaft angle, curved beam back projection of the detected (16) signal with square law distance and cosine beam angle weighting before one dimensional filtering and rebinning.
