PURPOSE: A height adjusting device of a headrest for a seat of a vehicle is provided to support the head and the neck of the passenger comfortably with the air tube between the headrest and the upper part of the seat back by supplying air to the air tube with driving the air pump in the seat back in operating a control switch. CONSTITUTION: A guide hole is formed in the upper part of a seat back(1) of a seat in a vehicle, and a guide bar is moved up and down in the guide hole. A headrest(7) is moved up and down by inserting the guide bar to the guide hole. A cavity is formed between the guide holes, and opened up. An air pump(9) and an air tube(11) are embedded in the cavity, and the upper part of the air tube is fixed to the headrest. The air pump is connected to a control switch(15) through a controller(13). The air tube is composed of a center part expanding by injecting air, and a fixing part formed in the edge without injecting air.
