PURPOSE: An interlocking device of an airbag and a seat in a vehicle is provided to prevent secondary impact from the airbag by moving the driver's seat backward as well as deploying the airbag regardless of the body condition of the driver and the position of the seat at a collision, and to protect passengers by adjusting the moving distance of the seat with detecting passengers on the rear seat. CONSTITUTION: A seat locking unit(5) and a seat moving unit(7) are formed in a seat frame(3) of a driver's seat(1), and the seat moving unit is connected to an expansion gas tank(13). The seat moving unit releases the seat locking unit, and moves the seat back. The expansion gas tank supplies expansion gas to the airbag to operate the seat moving unit with the airbag by expansion gas. The seat locking unit has a fixing lever installed in the seat frame, and a turning lever installed in the floor of the vehicle body. The fixing lever is combined with the turning lever by fitting protrusions to lock movement of the seat.
