PURPOSE: Provided is a real time water quality monitoring device which analyzes the total organic carbon and ultraviolet absorption material of the pre-treated sample from the target places to collect data and monitor them, and effectively informs to the user of the water quality of those places in real time. CONSTITUTION: A real time water quality monitoring device comprises: a sample selecting unit(1) for selecting a sample from the target places; a sample pre-treating unit(2) for pre-treating the selected sample; an online measurement unit(4) for measuring the pre-treated sample; a data processing unit(7) for processing the measured data in the form of a database, and displaying the required data depending upon the requirement of the user; and a control unit(8) for controlling the sample selecting unit and the sample pre-treating unit.
