FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out prosthetics of aorta followed by myocardial revascularization. Aorta should not be separated. Prosthesis should be developed out of synthetic patch by fixing it for two third against aortal circumference by leaving posterior aortal wall to be free. Myocardial revascularization is conducted due to tunneling technique. The method enables to stabilize the sizes of aorta, aortal failure and coronary syndrome.
