<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of being miniaturized and thinned as a whole without impairing the manufacturing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In this bearing device 10 wherein two antifriction bearings 12, 13 are fitted to a shaft 9 in an aligned state, and the preload is applied to inner rings of the antifriction bearings, width dimensions B of two inner rings 12a, 13a of two antifriction bearings 12, 13 are similarly shortened at both sides in the width direction of the inner rings with respect to rolling grooves of the inner rings, and determined to be smaller than the width dimension D of outer rings D = (A + B)/2, to have the difference in dimension to eliminate the rattling of the antifriction bearings by applying the preload to outer end parts of the inner rings, and rolling grooves 12e, 13e of the outer rings 12b, 13b are formed on positions of a length of half B/2 of the width dimension B of the inner rings from each outer end of the outer rings 12b, 13b of two antifriction bearings 12, 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
