<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a mouse by enhancing the followability to the position change of an optical mouse and the slidability of the mouse and to drastically reduce manufacturing man-hours by simplifying structyre in a mouse pad which can be used as the desk pad of an optical mouse and also a ball type mouse. <P>SOLUTION: In this mouse pad having a line pattern for detecting the moving direction and distance of an optical mouse, the surface sheet is formed of transparent synthetic resin, and provided with an upper face whose static friction coefficient is not more than 0.38, and line patterns are formed of polymer layers and air layers like grid stripes at the lower side of the surface sheet. Also, the polymer layers are formed of an adhesive layers so that those respective sheets can be bonded to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
