<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which liquid drops or solid particles can be made fine and the problem such as the clogging of a flow passage can be solved while securing satisfactory throughput. <P>SOLUTION: This fine particle manufacturing method to form the liquid drops by jetting, through a jetting means, a liquid in which an object to be atomized is dissolved and to precipitate the object to be atomized from the liquid drops in a particulate form by making good use of the action of a supercritical fluid or a subcritical fluid as a poor solvent, includes a process for making the liquid containing the object to be atomized collide with an obstacle arranged near the tip part of a jetting spout through the jetting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
