PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire state monitor device capable of specifying a mounting position of a tire. SOLUTION: A transmitter 30, equipped with an acceleration sensor, radio-transmits acceleration data together with data including the state of the tire 20. Which of the tire 20 on the left (FL, RL) of front and rear wheels or on the right (FR, RR) can be specified. When the transmitter 30 mounted on the tire 20 on either side transmits an electric wave, it is received by receiving antennas 41, 42, however, the levels of voltages induced in the receiving antennas 41, 42 are different from each other. A receiver 40 determines either of the tire 20 on the front wheel (FL, FR) or rear wheel (RL, RR) on the basis of the level of each of receiving signals inputted from the respective receiving antennas 41, 42.
