PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material having high charge transfer characteristics and an organic semiconductor element. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material of rod-shaped low molecular liquid crystallinity comprises a skeletal structure, containing L pieces of 6πelectronic aromatic rings, M pieces of 10πelectronic aromatic rings and N pieces of 14πelectronic aromatic rings (provided that L, M and N are each an integer of 0 to 4 and L+M+N=1 to 4), which has terminal structures, presenting the liquid crystallinity, at both ends thereof. When isotropic phase of the organic semiconductor material is sandwiched between the facing substrates in which a distance between electrodes is 9μm, to measure the impedance, a phase angleθof the impedance in which a measuring frequency (f) is in a range of 100Hz≤f≤1MHz is -80°≤θ≤-90°.
