PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor in which warp is suppressed, as a whole, even if it is sintered. SOLUTION: Shrinking timing of ceramic layers 52, 54 and 60 is set quicker than that of internal electrodes 56 and 58 at the time of sintering. The outer ceramic layers 52 and 54 are arranged such that the thickness t2 of the outer ceramic layer 54 on the back side is thicker than the thickness t1 (t2>t1) of the outer ceramic layer 52 on the terminal side.
