PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct work of temporarily fixing a mounting bracket to a side plate in a short time without damaging the side plate. SOLUTION: The side plate 5 comprises a bottom wall part 51 and side wall parts 52 and 52 raised from both ends of the bottom wall part 51 to form it roughly in a U-letter form. The mounting bracket 10 is provided with a base part 12 comprising base lower parts 13 and 13 having a base upper part 14 between them in a length direction. The base lower parts 13 and 13 has a hole part 20 to which a rotary shaft 8 is inserted. The hole part 20 has a vertical length 21, that is longer, along the length direction of the base part 13, and a lateral length 22, that is shorter, along a width direction. A large diameter part 81 of the rotary shaft 8 is inserted in the direction of the vertical length 21, a small diameter part 82 in the direction of the lateral length 22 is inserted, and the rotary shaft 8 is rotated. The large diameter part 81 thus enlarges the lateral length 22 to enlarge the base lower part 13. The side wall parts 52 are thus press-fit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
