PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a service lifetime of a bearing even in a bearing device with a vertical rotary shaft having a bearing filled with grease. SOLUTION: The bearing device with the vertical rotary shaft 1 having a rolling bearing 2 filled with grease has the following constitution. A grease splash plate 11 formed by the outer peripheral face of a rotating inner ring 3 and the inner peripheral face of a stationary outer ring 4 and extended to the lower space of the bearing is provided to the inner ring 3 of the rolling bearing 2. And at the same time, the grease splash plate 11 is so constituted that it is formed into a nearly disk-like shape, it is inclined in the upper part direction of the bearing as the diameter is made larger, and a shoulder part 11a is provided at the tip part.
