PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper for effectively reducing the booming noise inside of a cabin while applying a small mass, and effectively preventing the transmission of the vibration of an engine to the cabin. SOLUTION: This dynamic damper comprises an inertial mass 1, a pair of mounting face plates 3, 4 opposite to each other, and rubber materials 7, 8 for connecting the inertial mass 1 to the mounting face plates 3, 4. One end of a moment arm 2 attached to the inertial mass 1 at the other end, is connected to a bracket 5 mounted on the lower mounting face plate 4 through a hinge, and the moment arm 2 is connected to the mounting face plates 3, 4 at a side opposite to the inertial mass 1, of the hinge connecting position by the rubber materials 7, 8.
