PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition comprising a polyaryl ketone and a polyarylene sulfide, remarkably improving the compatibility of both, having excellent moldability, melt fluidity, mechanical characteristics, etc., and various characteristics such as heat and chemical resistance, flame retardance and dimensional stability maintained at high levels. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises at least one kind of thermosetting imide resin selected from the group consisting of a polyfunctional unsaturated imide compound and its cured product in an amount of 0.1-5 pts. mass based on 100 pts. mass of a resin component containing 40-99 mass% of the polyaryl ketone and 1-60 mass% of the polyarylene sulfide.
