PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite formed body without a sticky feel of the surface having excellent oil and damage resistance and excellent thermal fusibility between an olefinic resin layer and a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) layer. SOLUTION: The formed body has a structure in which the resin and elastomer layers are joined. The elastomer layer is formed with a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising (a) a block copolymer of formula (I):A(B-A)n and/or (A-B)n (wherein A is a vinyl-aromatic hydrocarbon polymer block; and B is an elastomeric polymer block) having a weight average molecular weight of 80,000-1,000,000 and/or a hydrogenated block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating the block copolymer, (b) a softener for a hydrocarbon-type rubber and (c) an olefinic resin each in a specific composition and heat-treated dynamically in the presence of a cross-linking agent.
