摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fail safe mechanism stably and certainly preventing falling-off of a tool and the like, in an attaching/detaching device attaching/detaching the tool and the like. SOLUTION: In an air passage 76 supplying pressurized air to a separating chamber 59 of a attaching/detaching cylinder 60, a valve mechanism 79 is provided. The valve mechanism 79 connects in series: a tool plate detecting valve 80 switched to a first position P1 in a uniting state to a master and tool plate, and switched to a second position P2 in a separating state; and a tool placing stand detecting valve 81 switched to the first position P1 when the master plate is positioned at a specified position on a tool placing stand, and switched to the second position P2 when the master plate is not positioned at the specified position. The pressurized air is supplied into the separating chamber 59 when both valves 80, 81 are positioned together at the first position P1 or the second position P2, and the separating chamber 59 is released to the atmosphere and the pressurized air from a pressurized air supplying source is discharged to the atmosphere when either one of both detecting valves 80, 81 is positioned at the first position P1 and the other is positioned at the second position P2.
