PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined sheet metal working device with which bending work and forming work are performed to a product blanked by laser beam machining at a low cost and efficiently. SOLUTION: A bending machine is provided with an upper table 9 on which a punch P is mounted and a lower table 7 on which a die D is mounted, either of the upper and lower tables is provided vertically movably to the other table, a driving means for driving the movable table is provided and also a sheet striking device with which positioning in three axial directions of X, Y and Z is enabled is provided. The combined sheet metal working device is provided with a positioning stopper with which positioning in the front, rear, right and left directions ( Y- and Y-directions ) is enabled on the sheet striking device and also a punch set 13 is provided attachably and detachably on the lower table.
