PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize various kinds of actions by the powder, granules or fragments of red peppers, tea leaves, lavender, the skin of mandarin oranges, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper or chitosane disposed between non-woven fabric or a foamed synthetic resin sheet and a non-woven fabric sheet thinner than the non-woven fabric to be a base material of the insole of shoe or slipper or the like. SOLUTION: The base material for the insole of the shoe or the slipper or the like is constituted by sticking the non-woven fabric sheet 2 thinner than the non-woven fabric 1 on the upper surface of the non-woven fabric 1 or the foamed synthetic resin sheet. Then, between the non-woven fabric or the foamed synthetic resin sheet and the non-woven fabric sheet thinner than the non-woven fabric, one or more kinds of the powder, granules or fragments of the red peppers 3, the tea leaves, the lavender, the skin of the mandarin oranges, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper or chitosane are disposed.
