PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulating part which has improved abrasion resistance, etc., excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability, etc., as a part, stands use in a severe environment such as the inside of automobile structure, etc., and has excellent colorability, etc. SOLUTION: The insulating part is obtained by using an abrasion-resistant resin composition prepared by mixing a resin as a base material with a polyamide extra fine fiber-dispersed polyolefin resin composition composed of a polyolefin, polyamide fibers, a silane coupling agent and silica particles.
