The pressurized dispenser for frozen materials (14) is fitted with a valve (12) and a sealing ring (24) which fits into a seating (22) when the valve is closed. When the valve opens the pressure difference across a channel (74) linking the inside of the container and the seating pushes the ring upwards when the viscosity of the product falls below a threshold value. An Independent claim is included for a similar dispenser in which the valve is operated by a folding lever.
