WATER-SOLUBLE METALLIC PAINT COMPOSITION CONTAINING ACRYL EMULSION POLYMER HAVING INNER VOID

PURPOSE: Provided is a water-soluble metallic paint composition which uses an acryl emulsion polymer having inner void to obtain frost effect. CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble metallic paint composition comprises 30-80 wt% of a first resin which is a polyurethane water dispersive resin; 10-60 wt% of a second resin which is a methyl or imino group-containing melamine resin; 1-20 wt% of an inner void-containing core-shell emulsion polymer which is prepared by continuous composition change addition method and is an emulsion polymer having a particle size of 0.2-0.4 micrometers and maintaining a void shape even at a temperature of 150 deg.C or more; an aluminum paste; a thickener; a dispersant; and a co-solvent. The ratio of the first resin to the second resin is 5:1 to 2:1 by weight, and the ratio of the emulsion polymer to the aluminum paste is 0.5:1 to 1:0.5 by weight.
