COOLING WATER CONTROL SYSTEM OF RUBBER MIXING MILL APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A cooling water control system of a rubber mixing mill apparatus is provided to make physical properties uniform and improve the cooling efficiency by controlling a heat hysteresis of a rubber mixture presenting between mills upon rubber mixing. CONSTITUTION: In the cooling system for a rubber mixing mill apparatus where cooling water of a cooler(1) is supplied to mills(4) for milling a rubber mixture(3) through an incoming line(2) and returns to the cooler(1) through an outgoing line(5), laser metering thermometers(6) measuring the temperature of the rubber mixture(3) and of the mills are connected to a control part(7), the control part(7) controlling the cooler(1) equipped with a variable speed motor(8) and a flow meter(9).
